What You'll Be Doing
- Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost-effective repairs
- Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality
- Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity
- Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners
- Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience
- Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving
What You Bring To The Team
- Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge
- Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy with confidence using computers
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Valid driver's license
