What You'll Be Doing

  • Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost-effective repairs
  • Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality
  • Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity
  • Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners
  • Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience
  • Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving

What You Bring To The Team

  • Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using computers
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Valid driver's license
