Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It) 

This part-time role in Toowoomba, QLD, is your chance to bring positive change and do something truly meaningful. You'll work with a dynamic, heart-driven local team that truly values YOU. And hey, if you've got a knack for guiding Participants through the NDIS maze, building relationships, and making sure everyone has the right services at their fingertips, then get to work on that cover letter and resume.

What You'll Be Doing (Hint: It's Way More Fun Than It Sounds)

  • Teaming up with a close-knit crew of Coordinators to make magic happen

  • Helping Participants connect with the support services they need (Spoiler: You'll be their hero )

  • Teaching Participants about the NDIS—don't stress, we'll get you up to speed first

  • Stepping in when things get tricky and helping solve problems like a pro

  • Hosting stakeholder meetings to keep everything running smoothly and ensuring Participants crush their goals

  • Zooming around our region to meet with Participants

What We're Looking For in YOU

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability Services, Community Services or something similar (We love all things relevant)

  • Experience in the NDIS space—or a similar role in disability services (The more you know, the better)

  • Top-tier communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills (When things go sideways, you make them go right)

  • A thirst for learning and growing with us (We love a go-getter)

  • Transferable admin skills that'll keep us organised and on track (We all need a little structure in the chaos)
