We're seeking a proactive and personable Home Delivery Coordinator to join our team at our Latitude One Lifestyle Community in Anna Bay, Port Stephens.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, high-quality home handover experience for residents. Acting as the central point of contact from contract exchange through to settlement and warranty completion, you'll combine project management skills with customer service and construction coordination. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential handovers, construction administration, or retirement living, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where they can make a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate home settlement logistics and ensure builder accountability
  • Conduct quality inspections and manage any defect resolution
  • Liaise with residents for a smooth move-in experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track maintenance and warranty items
  • Support internal teams and sales associates with timely updates

About You

  • Experience in residential construction, home handovers, or retirement living
  • Strong coordination, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with builders and residents
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred, but not essential)
  • Warm, organised, and a collaborative team player
