About the Role

  • Plantroom Manager (shared role) – Overseeing two plantrooms at our 25m indoor pool in Kilsyth South & 15m indoor pool in Kilsyth. This requires around 5-10 hrs per week, mostly in the early mornings. Regular morning shift days TO BE DECIDED:

  • Each shift approx 1-2 hrs duration

  • Urgent call out fee applied out of normal hours
  • Regular morning shifts will include weekends (roster to be discussed)

What We're Looking For

  • Someone friendly & approachable
  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older to apply for this position.
  • A reliable team member who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
  • Availability for approximately 46 weeks per year, including most school holidays, with the intention of staying in the role for at least 2 years (casual employment basis).
  • Willingness to learn and grow on the job, if required.

Qualifications & experience

  • No qualifications needed just a desire and motivation to be involved & committed
  • Specialist qualifications can be obtained during employment
  • Experience communicating with a variety of people
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

  • Water Testing & Analysis
  • Backwashing
  • Ordering & Dosing of chemicals
  • Plantroom cleanliness
  • Ensuring processes & procedures are followed
