Clinical Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator is a regional position responsible for working collaboratively with our Workforce team and the Regional Primary Health Care Services to plan, organise and coordinate required workplace training to ensure
1. Compliance with Maari Ma core and mandatory training requirements
2. Compliance with our accreditation standards and
3. The Aboriginal Health Worker Training program (TAFE training component and workplace training competent) is coordinated and supported.
Salary up to $154,980 gross per annum plus super (dependent on qualifications and years of experience)
To be successful you will need:
· Minimum Diploma level qualifications relevant to the position.
· Demonstrated experience working in a training coordination role, minimum 2 years' experience.
· Demonstrated in depth understanding and experience in planning and supporting workplace training in a health care or education setting.
· Proven track record working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage the coordination of competing tasks and scheduling priorities.
· Demonstrated understanding of the ACCHO model of Aboriginal community-controlled and commitment to the concept on an ACCHO's commitment to growing our own Indigenous workforce.
· Recognised credentials in a preceptorship role or ability to complete a certified Preceptorship course within the first six months of employment.
· Ability to work in a way that fosters mutual respect in a cross cultural environment.
· Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills.
· Advanced computing skills relevant to the position and competent in the use of information and communication technology including Microsoft Word, word processing skills, email and internet applications and Excel, online learning platforms.
