We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and customer focused Account Manager to join our team based in Dandenong South. This is a full time, permanent opportunity for a professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing key accounts and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross selling
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals and price agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in an Account Manager or similar client facing role
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • A customer first mindset with a commercial approach
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • A valid Australian driver's licence
