We are looking for experienced, passionate, customer focused wait staff to join our growing functions team.

We are currently seeking applications from fun, friendly and motivated candidates who are committed to providing exceptional service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Setting up the function spaces, ensuring they are ready for guest arrival.
  • Meeting and greeting function guests.
  • Provide quality food and beverage service as required for each function. Must be able to confidently carry a minimum of 3 plates for service.
  • Meeting the clients' expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer service for the duration of the function.
  • Clearing of tables, clean up and pack down of functions, including resetting function spaces as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Hospitality/ waitering experience – experience in functions and events desirable
  • Exceptional commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

This is a casual position and involves working shifts over a wide variety of hours including weekdays, weekends and public holidays - candidates are required to be available during the club's operational hours.

You must hold current RSA certificate. RGC certificate preferred but not essential.
