Lead Consultant – Workday Adaptive Planning

GK Horizons is seeking a delivery-focused Lead Consultant with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience. Australian based is essential please do not apply if you are outside Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement client-focused solutions.
  • Lead discovery and design, training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Ensure quality, manage risks, and support project delivery.
  • Collaborate on pre-sales, demonstrations, effort estimates
  • Contribute to internal projects as requested

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of Adaptive Planning implementation experience (essential)
  • CPA/CA or strong FP&A understanding is preferred
  • Excellent client facing communication skills
  • Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
