Campaign Manager

Reporting to our Program Manager and focusing on the ASA – CPA Journey (Student Journey), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and related integrated marketing plans aligned to the overall marketing strategy. This role is accountable for strategic coordination, cross-functional campaign project and agency management, successful campaign delivery and implementing any optimisation measures to ensure strategic marketing goals are delivered.

This is a fixed term contract until December 2026

Your key duties:

• Campaign Strategy Design and Planning - Collaborate with stakeholders for the area of focus, marketing strategies associated with go-to-market campaign strategy, owning execution outcomes, and results to ensure we deliver effectively on the over-arching marketing strategy and achieve uplift in key journey metrics.
• Campaign Delivery- Lead and participate directly in the delivery and execution of an integrated global and go-to-market plan. Drive uplift in programs, monitor progress and reporting on all journey marketing activities, evaluating and presenting campaign results against key performance metrics and ROI.
• Stakeholder Management & Stakeholder Influencing- Own relationship management with internal stakeholders across functional areas to ensure campaigns are delivered and meet business requirements.
• Financial Management - Actively manage campaign budgets, ensure correct financial processes are followed, record and manage budget expenditure effectively
• Data, Analytics and Insights - including Marketo Platform Optimisation

About you:

• Previous campaign planning and execution experience across digital marketing, multi-channel campaign development and management, data management, customer journey mapping and global marketing.
• Demonstrated marketing planning, data & analytical skills, and CRM & eDM/Website Platform execution
• Strategic full cycle project management experience for campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Understanding of marketing technology for example Marketo, Adobe Suite, Sitecore
