About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven
Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Sales Manager
to lead and grow our C&I sales activities across Australia.

This is a national role focused on driving revenue growth, developing strong client and partner relationships, and managing complex, high-value sales opportunities. You'll work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to provide tailored solar and energy solutions for C&I customers.

Position location: Sydney / Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive national C&I solar PV sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new commercial and industrial customers across Australia
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through to contract close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams on tailored solutions
  • Track pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in C&I sales or business development (solar PV, energy, or renewables preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
