With our headquarters in Melbourne and an expanding footprint in Sydney, most of our work is based across these two cities. Occasional travel may be required, sometimes involving extended stays away from home.

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Melbourne-based A-Grade & Apprentice Electricians to join our Major Events Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of Australia's biggest and most high-profile events, including the Formula 1 Grand Prix, MotoGP, and the Australian Open. You'll be part of the behind-the-scenes crew that makes these massive events possible, delivering reliable, innovative temporary power solutions on tight deadlines and under real pressure.

We're looking for someone keen to learn, hands-on, and ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you'll be working under the guidance of a senior team member, gaining exposure to large-scale event setups, and building your skillset across generator operation, switchboard work, fault finding, and more.

While the summer season will focus heavily on major sporting events, there may also be opportunities to work on concerts, music festivals, and touring shows if scheduling allows. This role offers a diverse and rewarding pathway for someone excited by the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of the live events industry.

It's a dynamic role suited to someone who's flexible, proactive, and motivated to grow—especially as we gear up for a busy event season. Weekend work and occasional travel will be part of the job, and you'll need to be comfortable working outdoors in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift Licence
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
• White Card
• Working at Heights certification
• Test & Tag qualification
• Strong computer literacy
• MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's Licence (not required by preferred)
• High energy, problem solving mindset, and a drive to excel
