The Regional Support Manager - Screening will oversee and optimise screening solutions for clients within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role focuses on providing technical expertise, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in the eastern region.

Description

  • Provide expert technical support for screening products and solutions across the eastern region.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Deliver training and technical presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of screening equipment.
  • Analyse client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on technical performance and client feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.

Profile

A successful Regional Support Manager - Screening should have:

  • A strong technical background in screening solutions or related industrial equipment.
  • Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse technical data and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in delivering presentations and training to varied audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
