4WD Sales Assistant

Are you a motivated, customer-focused 4WD enthusiast? Marks 4WD is looking for a new team member to join our sales team at our Dingley Village, Victoria facility. If you bring enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Position Overview:

• Answering sales enquiries over the counter, by phone & email from consumers and automotive retail trade customers
• Manage customer enquiries, provide quotations, process orders to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Build a strong knowledge of Marks 4WD products and their applications.
• Assist with aftersales processes including warranty claims and product returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Products) to address customer requirements with prompt and accurate information.
• Maintain up to date display of showroom products and information.
• Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills.
• Background in vehicle mechanics or strong technical knowledge, particularly 4x4 vehicles.
• Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferable sales experience in automotive or the 4WD sector.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise enquiries.
• While a manual driver's license is preferred, it's not a must.
