Profile

Are you the one?

We're seeking individuals who possess the following:

  • Leadership DNA : Proven experience mentoring and coaching team members, demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Business Acumen : A deep understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
  • Clientelling Obsession : A passion for building relationships with VIP clients, hosting exclusive appointments, and representing the brand at the highest level.
  • Operational Expertise : Strong knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
  • Exceptional Communication : Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage escalations professionally.
  • Proactive & Agile : A proactive mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges.

Ideally, you have:

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment (e.g., store/department manager).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • A love for coaching others and progressing your leadership journey.
