  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build relationships with local hub partners and the lived experience workforce to foster community-driven care.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: Extensive background in mental health and/or AOD settings, including knowledge of systems, legislation, and brief-intervention approaches.
  • Strong leadership: You'll take charge of client care and team coordination, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Community-focused: Experience working independently and as part of a care team in community-based recovery models.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse services and professionals in the mental health space.
