THE COMPANY

We employ an exceptional team of engineers, manufacturers, and specialist maintenance technicians who possess the expertise to create and maintain cutting-edge solutions for materials handling systems throughout Australia.

KEY DUTIES

• Manufacture and refurbish products to meet quality standards, processes and guidelines

• Read, interpret, and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and other written instructions.

• Safely operate hand and power tools in a workshop environment.

• Take responsibility for the manufacturing of parts and products to specification.

• Uphold high standards of quality in your work output.

• Effectively plan and manage workloads to meet scheduled deadlines.

• Operate CNC machinery in the production process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Trade qualification in fitting or machining.

• Experience with manual and CNC lathe.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to think creatively and solve problems efficiently.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality, with proven results in these areas.

• Accountable for personal roles and duties.

• High attention to detail with a positive and proactive approach.

• Current driver's licence.

• Experience with materials handling, conveyor belt systems, and related components (highly desirable).
