CNC Machinist Position

Job Summary:

  • Maintain and repair complex machinery on-site.
  • Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on our equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify technical issues with machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines in the machining process.
  • Complete a log of daily maintenance and repairs.
  • Comply with Workplace Health & Safety standards at all times.
  • Report any hazardous situations or emergencies immediately.

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain confidentiality throughout work tasks.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Respect colleagues' feelings and cultural beliefs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess 3 years of relevant experience working in trade roles.
  • Be proficient in using tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, vertical and horizontal borers.
  • Able to interpret and create blueprints and schematics effectively.
