Cnc Machinist Position

Aprrise Consulting is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Mackay, Queensland. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience working with machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of machinery including repair, replacement, and new components for customer equipment.
  • Day-to-day machining on various machines.
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance on company machinery.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing company machinery.
  • Completing daily maintenance and repair logs.

The successful applicant will be required to adhere to and promote Workplace Health & Safety regulations, report any hazardous situations, and have the ability to complete Job Risk Assessments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Three years' relevant experience working in trade.
  • Experience using tools such as lathe, milling machine, drill press, vertical, and horizontal Borers.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints and schematics.
