Reporting into a supportive and values-led Head of People, you'll partner closely with two key business divisions - providing both strategic and operational HR support, shaping people initiatives, and helping leaders lift capability across the board. Your Role in Action
- Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing confident, risk-balanced HR and ER guidance
- Support leaders across probation, performance and behavioural matters through to end-to-end performance management
- Deliver people insights through data, dashboards and reporting to inform business strategy
- Drive capability uplift through coaching, guidance and proactive support
- Lead cyclical activity - including reviews, engagement surveys and talent mapping
- Partner on workforce planning, succession, development pathways and recognition
- Play a hands-on role in policy, contracts, ER documentation and employee lifecycle support
- Help bring a new HRIS to life and embed continuous improvement
- Represent the P&C function across internal forums, events and committees
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in a broad People & Culture Advisory or Senior Advisor role
- Background in professional services or similar high-performing commercial setting (ideal)
- Strong ER capability with demonstrated experience coaching managers through performance matters
- Ability to read people, influence outcomes and build trust quickly
- Analytical mindset - confident turning data into meaningful insights
- Experience supporting HRIS implementation or system improvement projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
