The John Holland Infrastructure Resourcing team is searching for an experienced Senior Resourcing Advisor to join the Victorian business. You will lead end to end resourcing solution by providing hiring guidance, contribute to process improvement, provide data and market insights and build strategy aligned to candidate sourcing.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
The John Holland Infrastructure Resourcing team is searching for an experienced Senior Resourcing Advisor to join the Victorian business. You will lead end to end resourcing solution by providing hiring guidance, contribute to process improvement, provide data and market insights and build strategy aligned to candidate sourcing.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Partner with business leaders to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of resourcing activities, including the management of internal and external candidates.
Assist in the development of resourcing strategies across a range of complex Infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain strong networks both internally and externally making you an industry expert.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of resourcing activities with project requirements as a priority.
Build knowledge on market insights and deliver data insights to inform decision making.
To be successful in this key role we are preferably looking for.
A degree in Business, Human Resources or related.
Proven recruitment experience either internally or agency from within the Infrastructure sector.
Ability to engage, influence and build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team across multi-disciplinary business units.
Motivated and committed to opportunities that may be project and/or corporate based.
