What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead project delivery and mentor a growing civil team.
  • Represent the company in key client and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Help drive operational excellence and support the CEO in strategic decisions.
  • Actively contribute to business development and growth planning.

What We seek in you

  • 10+ years' experience in land development or infrastructure (urban/rural).
  • Strong leadership credentials and a client-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with the local market.
  • CPEng highly desirable but not essential on on pathway
  • A drive to build, lead, and eventually take ownership.
