About You:

You have a passion for construction machinery and take great pride in your work. Described as hands-on, you thrive in both team environments and while working independently to meet deadlines.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Ability to pass a skills test on nominated machines
  • Extensive experience in Detailed Excavation, Trenching and Site Trim
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver desired results
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Heavy vehicle licence required (HR, HC, MC or equivalent)
  • Basic ability to interpret drawings and levels
  • Positive attitude towards Health and Safety
  • Capability to work in a team or unsupervised
  • RII tickets for a minimum of 2 of the following: Excavator, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Grader
  • Specific RII ticket numbers required: RIIHAN308E (Excavator), RIIHAN307E (Backhoe), RIIHAN309E (Skid Steer), RIIHAN306E (Loader) or any equivalent RII codes
  • Proven minimum of 5 years experience as a Final Trim or Finish Level Operator
  • Australian work rights accepted including citizenship, permanent residency or valid work visa

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Civil Plant Operations (desired but not essential)
