CPH Mining & Civil is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our Engineering Works team at BMA's Goonyella Mine. This role suits capable all-rounders who can operate multiple items of civil and mining plant in a fast-paced project environment.

We are seeking operators experienced in:

Hydraulic Excavators, Wheel Loaders, ADTs (Volvo A30G/A40G), 8x4 Watercarts, CAT 150 Graders, Track Dozers, Service Trucks and CAT 289D3 Skid steers. Multi-skill capability is highly regarded

The Work:

You will support a broad Engineering Works contract delivering general, civil and construction tasks across site. This includes mobilising plant and equipment, maintenance support, materials handling, crib hut moves, fuel dispensing, dust suppression, and establishing hardstands and laydown areas. Civil tasks include trenching, drainage, dams and diversions, concreting, grading, clearing, topsoil management, road and intersection upkeep, haul-road and culvert works, dozer push, wet-weather prep, erosion control and rehabilitation. You may also assist with go-line builds, fencing, signage, mine services, survey support, QA/QC and waste management.

Requirements:

· Current QLD Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)

· RII Statement of Attainments

· Australian Driver's Licence

· Statement of Attainment for Standard 11/ BMA Core Induction

· Demonstrated prior experience (mine site transcript history showing pass-outs)
