Our Offer:

  • Immediate Start (ASAP)
  • Day Shift Only: 6:30 AM – 2:36 PM
  • Ongoing role with a weekly roster
  • Casual position offering 20–38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing machinery, including machine set up, changeovers and trouble-shooting.
  • Carry out pick-packing duties, ensuring products are packed accurately, securely, and in line with customers requirements.
  • Follow GMP and quality standards to maintain the flow of product through the production process as well as completing quality control documentation.
  • Contribute to safety, quality, and production targets by meeting and exceeding performance standards in both production and packaging areas.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance productivity and quality.

  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining efficiency under pressure.
  • Physically capable of performing manual, hands-on, and repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
