Business Sales Consultant
to join our collaborative, goal-orientated sales team.

In this varied and interesting role, you will:
Cold and warm call business customers to identify specific business needs and prepare supply offers to address the their Priorities.
Develop and implementation your own sale strategies and build your sales pipeline.
Collaborate with former and new clients to identify and develop new business opportunities, enabling growth and maximise margins
Utilise the CRM to establish and maintain a lead register and report on the status of all prospects in the customer pipeline
Prepare and present contract documents and client proposals
Work with the sales leader towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's
Participate in ongoing training and development
Be part of an edgy, fun, supportive, WA home grown brand while also having the chance to work autonomously
To excel in this role, you have:
Experienced in B2B sales, business development or contract sales roles
Outstanding phone manner with experience selling over the phone, and the ability to build rapport thought digital commutation
You'll have exceptional communication skills and a high level of personal accountability, ensuring you take ownership and follow up
You'll be an energetic, resilient, confident and people focussed individual, who applies a structured and disciplined approach to your sales process
You'll thrive in target driven environment and be able to provide outstanding customer solutions
You are a problem solver, negotiator, who can consider the commercial implications of your decision making
Ambition with the ability to self-motivate and be creative with your work
