We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Office Administrator / Office Manager to join our team located in the Northern Beaches, Sydney. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Support management with daily operations and office coordination.
Assist in organizing meetings, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration or management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
