We are currently seeking casual Hybrid Customer Service & Patrol Officers to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. These flexible roles are suited to individuals who are comfortable working both on foot patrol and from a car park office, depending on the shift and operational requirements.

Your New Role:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers while maintaining the smooth operation and presentation of our car parks. Casual positions are available Monday to Friday, with the possibility of varied hours and site locations.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to patrons, staff, and contractors
  • Patrolling car parks to ensure compliance with Terms and Conditions of Parking
  • Issuing Payment Notices where non-compliance is observed
  • Working from on-site car park offices to assist with customer enquiries
  • Responding to and resolving machine faults and operational issues
  • Ensuring all pay and display machines are operational, topped with ticket rolls
  • Performing general cleaning and presentation tasks (wipe-down of signage, emptying bins, rubbish removal)
  • Inspecting car parks daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and legal compliance
  • Collecting and recording relevant data and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports using provided templates
  • Attending work in full uniform and maintaining a professional image
  • Liaising with the technical team as needed to escalate faults and repairs
  • Supporting operations by providing flexible shift coverage and customer service where needed

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A high level of customer service and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and confidently across different sites
  • Comfortable in both patrol and customer-facing roles (desk-based or on foot)
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer literacy (emails, reporting, data entry)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Previous experience in a similar car parking role (preferred)
  • Unrestricted and valid Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
  • Availability to work flexible shifts across the week as required
