Project Coordinator

Ventia is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Coordinator to provide effective and efficient project and contract administrative services that support our AGFMA contract delivery. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity base in the Adelaide CBD office - Wakefield Street, Adelaide SA

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support – Provide efficient support to Project Managers and the Service Delivery team regarding data collection, processing, and reporting.
  • Project Coordination – Work with the Project and Operational teams to apply for permits, administer programs, and manage project documentation, including tracking tools.
  • Contract & Finance Management – Maintain contract records, track project status, oversee work order management in SAP, and assist the Finance team with relevant reporting.
  • Purchasing & Procurement – Create purchase orders, process delivery dockets, and support Operations with purchasing needs.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Assist with client submissions, documentation collation, and ensure sub-contractor compliance in collaboration with the SHEQ team.
  • Travel Requirements – Be open to reasonable intrastate and interstate travel as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Project Management Certification – Certificate IV in Project Management (or willingness to complete).
  • Industry Experience – Practical application of project management principles and previous experience in similar environments.
  • Attention to Detail – Strong ability to produce clear, accurate reporting from designated systems.
