About the role

We are seeking joyful, attuned, and reflective educators to join our team. You will:

  • Spend time in play alongside children, co-learning and co-discovering
  • Create environments that spark curiosity and invite exploration
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and families
  • Bring a reflective approach to practice, always seeking to deepen children's learning and wellbeing

About you

We are looking for educators who:

  • Hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or ECT qualification (or are working towards)
  • Are passionate about early childhood education and play-based learning
  • Value strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • See themselves as learners too, open to growth and reflection
