THE ROLE
We are seeking a full-time Project Administrator to join our expanding Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the primary focus of this role is to support our project management and trenchless design team. This includes:
- Manage and coordinate project quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely issue
- Oversee invoice administration, including preparation, submission, and tracking of daily delivery and execution milestones
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of project deliverables and product transmittals
- Maintain accurate and well-organised project email records and correspondence
- Maintain Requests for Information (RFIs), including logging, tracking, and coordinating responses with internal stakeholders.

We provide trenchless design and engineering to a range of diverse clients in the water and sewer, communications, electrical, fuel and gas, and other industries throughout Australia and internationally. We're a friendly, professional, and motivated team, with our head office in East Brisbane.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience in project administration role within the construction or engineering sector
- Experience managing RFIs, project documentation, and transmittals in a structured project environment
- Strong capability in invoice processing, quoting, and basic financial administration, with experience in Xero preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
- Ability to manage project correspondence and maintain accurate records.

HOURS AND LOCATION
The role involves full-time hours, Monday to Friday working from the East Brisbane office. Applicants will be required to interview in Brisbane, with training for the successful applicant also to be completed in Brisbane.
