The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to combine your trade skills with business leadership.

You'll split your time between being on the tools — installing, servicing, and programming alarms, CCTV, and access control systems — and taking full ownership of the division's day-to-day operations and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, program, service and commission alarms, CCTV, and access control systems – including but not limited to Integriti, Bosch, Gallagher, Hikvision, Dahua, and others
  • Manage scheduling, stock control, subcontractors, and job profitability
  • Quote, invoice, and convert leads into new business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and standout customer experience
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians as the team grows

What We're Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

  • 3+ years' hands-on technical experience in the Electronic Security Industry: CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Alarms
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
  • Current Class 2B & 2C Security Licence
  • Valid Full Driver's Licence
  • Simpro Desktop and App Experience

  • Holds an Open Cabling Registration, EWP & White Card

  • Strong understanding of security networks and IP-based systems, with experience on large-scale projects

  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively on-site
