About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Assistant to join our New South Wales team. In this role, you will focus on the crucial elements of coordination and administration of our team of auditors.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain our internal integrated dashboard for auditor availability, site allocations, and testing requests, resolving calendar clashes and matching jobs to appropriate auditors.
  • Manage data entry, reconciliations, and custom reports for audits and create visibility tools (e.g., daily auditor trackers).
  • Triage emails/queries, draft responses, and escalate as required to maintain peak operational status.
  • Coordinate first-time audit setups, document preparation and progress tracking for the 1,000+ sites.
  • Prepare team allocation lists, meeting materials, and compliance resources while also monitoring metrics like completion rates etc.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • 2+ years operations/compliance experience.
  • proficient in web-based systems.
  • strong organizational skills, and client-facing experience.
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • good, working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • ability to communicate in a team environment and work autonomously
