Are you seeking an opportunity to develop a specialty in palliative care?  We have the perfect opportunity at BlueCare.  With a strong centralised clinical structure in place and a rapidly growing team, you can expect seamless support and mentoring in the provision of high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.  We are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our team in Toowoomba.

You will be primarily based in Toowoomba with the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to our clients in times of greatest needs by providing them with our unwavering support in:

• Assess, plan and implement client care within service delivery model
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Support and educate family members to ensure the quality of care is delivered
• Working collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team member

What makes a difference for us?

• Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.
• Flexibility to undertake diverse travel assignments of varying durations.
• Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience.
• Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.
• Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.
• Possess a current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
