What your day will look like….

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of elective surgeries—overseeing waitlists, managing scheduling processes, and collaborating closely with surgical, nursing, and administrative teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients. Your day will be filled with purposeful coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making that ensures patients receive timely, safe, and effective care. You'll also guide and mentor your colleagues, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and use your expertise to refine processes that support excellence in patient care and theatre operations. In this dynamic role, your leadership and precision will help shape a service that truly makes a difference in people's lives.
