As the Office Manager, your duties would include:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, diaries and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain a tidy and organised area.
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Assist the Directors as necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist or Personal Assistant.
