Security Plus Shutters, Doors & Blinds is seeking a highly organised Customer Service person with strong administration and communication skills to join our team in Coburg North. This is a full-time, permanent position working five days per week in a supportive and growing environment.
About the Role
You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience — from the moment their product is ordered to the completion of installation. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule final measures and installations
- Respond to customer queries quickly and efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries and arrange service calls as required
About You
You're a proactive team player who takes ownership of your work and communicates clearly and confidently. You'll bring:
- Excellent phone manner and professional communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Insyte and MYOB (or similar CRM/ERP systems)
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- The ability to give clear, concise instructions and coordinate multiple moving parts
- Proven experience in a similar customer service role
