The Role

This is a rare opportunity to manage a landmark luxury residential project on the Northern Beaches. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. You'll work closely with clients, architects, and consultants, maintaining the highest standards expected in bespoke residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all site activities on a luxury residential project.

  • Ensure strict compliance with WHS and quality standards.
  • Drive program and schedule to meet project deadlines.

  • Trade background or construction management qualifications preferred.
