About the Role:

Join a popular holiday park offering glamping cabins, permanent accommodation, and powered/unpowered sites. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) experience to oversee both park facilities and our on-site STP, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and guest-ready.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and operate the park's STP, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Oversee and perform repairs across cabins, tents, amenities, grounds and public areas
  • Lead and coordinate a small maintenance team + contractors
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs for all park assets
  • Ensure facilities and systems are guest-ready and fully operational

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven STP/wastewater treatment experience
  • Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and or general maintenance
  • Experience in holiday parks, resorts, or similar facilities is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Trade qualification and relevant safety/health certifications preferred
  • Collaborative and open to change
  • Forklift licence holders, or those willing to obtain one, will be highly regarded.
