What You'll be Doing
The Research Project Officer is responsible for managing a range of administrative, project and research support functions for the Research Development Office at Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN). The position will work with a broad range of research stakeholders to ensure the research office provides effective project and administrative support that enhances SCHNs capability to support clinical and translational research.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has relevant tertiary diploma or degree qualifications or significant experience in providing high level executive administrative and project management support, including a proven capacity to operate effectively in a complex environment demanding confidentiality, flexibility and discernment.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and oral and written communication skills and advanced proficiency in business writing, development of presentations, reports and executive correspondence.
- Possesses Advanced experience in financial and electronic records management including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records and reporting from relevant systems.
