Lawn and Order is looking for motivated and reliable workers to join our growing team in Townsville. We provide professional lawn mowing, gardening, and outdoor maintenance services, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What we offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, and general garden maintenance.
  • Assisting with pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and outdoor care.
  • Safe use and maintenance of provided equipment.
  • Representing Lawn and Order with professionalism and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and own car to get to and from our home base each day.
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Must be drug-free, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Schedule:

  • Casual/part-time with potential for full-time.
  • Hours vary depending on workload and season.
