Brightworks Solar Pty Ltd is a top-rated solar company based in Rowville, Melbourne. We're consistently ranked in the top 10 installers on SolarQuotes, and we're looking for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with high-quality solar and battery installations
  • Learn to commission systems and troubleshoot under supervision
  • Support qualified electricians with day-to-day site work
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organised job sites
  • Develop product knowledge and installation skills
  • Follow safety procedures and electrical standards at all times
What We're Looking For
  • Current 2nd or 3rd year electrical apprentice (Vic-registered)
  • Solar experience is a must
  • Keen interest in solar, batteries, and clean energy
  • Willing to work hard and take pride in neat, efficient installs
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and confident working at heights
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Own car and drivers licence
