About the role

As a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Electrician at AMG Electric Co, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering a wide range of electrical services to our commercial clients in the Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting qualified Electricians with the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment and components
  • Learning and applying electrical theory and best practices while on the job
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
  • Completing electrical apprenticeship requirements, including attending technical college
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we are looking for:

  • Strong interest and aptitude for electrical work and willingness to learn and develop
  • Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to adapt and learn about new technologies and standards
  • Commitment to safety and quality work standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently undertaking a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship with 2nd, 3rd or 4th year status
  • Valid Driver's License (Manual Preferred)
  • Access to own vehicle and tools
  • White Card
  • EWP Certification
