About the role
- Permanent Full-time position
- Based at our office in Hawthorn
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable and experienced Payroll and finance professional to work collaboratively with a fantastic team of dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional client journey. This role will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager.
Payroll:
- Processing end to end weekly payroll for staff at Luxe Care
- Updating and maintenance of payroll records in Employment Hero
- Assisting with employee entitlements including annual leave, personal leave and long service leave.
- Assisting with all HR and payroll related issues as required
- Maintain payroll compliance
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Contribute to process improvement and payroll efficiency
Finance Administration:
- Supporting accounts receivable and payable with invoicing, reconciliation and customer enquiries
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years' payroll experience across Australia with strong technical knowledge
- Experience with SCHADS and Nurses Awards- desirable
- Previous experience in a similar finance role
- A high level of competency on computers and excel
- Proven ability to work independently as well as having the ability to work within a collaborative team environment and being a team player
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
