About the role

  • Permanent Full-time position
  • Based at our office in Hawthorn

We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, reliable and experienced Payroll and finance professional to work collaboratively with a fantastic team of dedicated individuals who go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional client journey. This role will be directly reporting to the Finance Manager.

Payroll:

  • Processing end to end weekly payroll for staff at Luxe Care
  • Updating and maintenance of payroll records in Employment Hero
  • Assisting with employee entitlements including annual leave, personal leave and long service leave.
  • Assisting with all HR and payroll related issues as required
  • Maintain payroll compliance
  • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
  • Contribute to process improvement and payroll efficiency

Finance Administration:

  • Supporting accounts receivable and payable with invoicing, reconciliation and customer enquiries

Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years' payroll experience across Australia with strong technical knowledge
  • Experience with SCHADS and Nurses Awards- desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar finance role
  • A high level of competency on computers and excel
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as having the ability to work within a collaborative team environment and being a team player
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
