About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing investment and financial services group on a strong growth trajectory. You'll work directly with an elite finance leadership team comprising globally experienced CFOs and commercial leaders, gaining broad exposure across financial reporting, management insights, and business improvement initiatives.

This position is ideal for an ambitious accountant - either from a Big 4 / mid-tier firm (assurance, tax, or business advisory) or currently in a Financial Accountant role within a commercial business - who is ready to take their career to the next level in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare management reports and financial statements with commercial commentary
  • Manage month-end, journals, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive improvement and strategic outcomes
  • Identify and implement process and systems enhancements
  • Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory deliverables

About You

  • Background in audit, tax, or advisory (Big 4 or mid-tier), or commercial financial accounting
  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Strong technical foundations and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and drive to succeed
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow within an evolving financial services environment
