Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hrs/week)

Due to continued growth, Offline Campers is looking for a skilled and experienced Stainless Steel Welder to join our close-knit team. Help us build our award-winning, locally made camper trailers and be part of a business that values quality, innovation, and work-life balance.


What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in fabrication using materials between 0.6mm – 3.0mm
  • Strong skills in TIG and Pulse MIG welding across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
  • Experience polishing and finishing stainless to a brush finish
  • Experience working from CAD/shop drawings and samples
  • A strong understanding of workplace safety
  • The physical ability to perform tasks, including manual lifting
  • The ability to work independently and within a tight-knit team
  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
  • A problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and ability to manage pressure during busy periods

Bonus skills (not essential but a plus):

  • Experience using a brake press
  • Forklift license

Essential:

  • Driver's license
  • Successful completion of a factory floor welding test before starting
