Vergola are looking for a welder/fabricator to join our team.

Our impeccable installation process means that the framework is pre-fabricated in our CBD factory, so it can be installed quickly and efficiently on site.

Day-to-Day as a Welder/Fabricator

  • Reading shop drawings
  • Accurate measure and cutting C Purlins and SHS including mitre cuts
  • Welding plates and fixings
  • Fabrication of brackets
  • Ensuring that the job is completed in accordance with Vergola quality standards
  • Any other tasks required

What You Bring as Welder/Fabricator

  • Proven experience as a Fitter Turner or Boiler maker that is experienced in welding specifically Mig and Arc.
  • Structural steel experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to read plans is a MUST.
  • Ability to accurately measure and mitre cut by hand using angle grinders
  • Current Forklift Licence (Preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to professionalism, customer service & excellence
