Right now, we're looking for a Diploma Educator for our Port Kembla Community Preschool – an 'Exceeding NQS' rated service. Our educational program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework; 'Belonging, Being and Becoming' and we are committed to developing children's awareness of the world around them. Through the creative arts and music, the children are involved in learning multicultural language and music from various cultures on a daily basis.
We have a transition to school program which promotes the development of both emotional and academic skills. We take annual excursions to our local public school as part of our transition to school program.
Lastly we love our school borrowing library to foster language and literacy skills as well as encourage the love of books.
