The role

At ConceptSix, no two days are the same. As a
Senior Consultant
, you'll tackle diverse client projects, solving complex problems and turning insights into action. Day-to-day, you can expect to:

  • Conduct research and analysis to inform high-impact recommendations
  • Apply advanced analytical tools to solve complex problems
  • Collaborate across teams and take ownership of assigned workstreams
  • Build strong client relationships and provide trusted insights
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders

As our work involves government clients, applicants must hold or be able to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.

You'll stand out if you bring

  • 2–5 years' experience in consulting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support teams effectively
  • Commitment to professional development
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Interests in business, technology & IT, data & analytics, or project/program management
