We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic Digital team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Fintelligence and AFG to elicit business requirements and shape solutions that drive significant business value and achieve strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Participate in discovery sessions to identity and define business problems, specify project scope, understand priority and desirability of outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and focus group sessions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business, UX and technical requirements.
• Document and articulate requirements in the form of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria to support product deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical artefacts and collaborate with development teams to ensure outputs align with business expectations.
• Understand and document business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing lean, optimised solutions.
• Define quality standards for products, covering performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Manage end to end requirements traceability across the SSDLC from inception through to delivery, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.
• Support the creation and execution of test plans and UAT to validate product quality and user acceptance.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning project outcomes.
• Assist in assessing and communicating change through impact assessments and contributions to change management plans.
• Support handover to operations and ensure smooth transition of product ownership, including documentation and training support where required.

Who We're Looking For

You're an enthusiastic and motivated professional with:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within large-scale or complex technology projects.
• Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Expertise in analytical methods including workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations.
• Strong documentation skills with a focus on traceability and clarity across business and technical requirements.
• Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and current/future state analysis.
• Understanding of different project management methodologies and how they influence BA deliverables.
• Understanding of web technologies and software architecture.
• Knowledge of the asset finance broking and aggregation industry (desirable).
• Project management experience (desirable).
