About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team full-time in Parkes, NSW. This role will involve a variety of hands-on tasks to support our earthmoving and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist excavator and skid steer operators with excavation, grading, and site preparation
  • Complete daily pre-start checks
  • Assist with loading/unloading, washing, greasing, and maintaining plant and equipment
  • Work independently when required
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Safety-focused
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Current White Card and manual driver's licence (essential)
  • Machine experience (desirable but not essential)
  • School leavers encouraged to apply
